This job was to paint the outside of a bungalow in Dobwalls for some new customers. We had given a price for the work earlier in the year.
The property hadn't been painted for a while so the first job was to apply a fungicidal wash and thoroughly scrub off the old paintwork. We also did some filling and resealing around the windows.
Once this was done and the walls dried overnight, we got on with the painting. Two coats of Sandtex masonry paint in a Light cream colour.
The bungalow looked a lot smarter with a fresh coat of paint.
The plinths were painted black to complete the job. We also fitted some covers to the airbricks to prevent insects or rodents getting in.
The customers were happy with the work and the job was completed on time and within the quote given.
